Couple more issues of BGIME arrived today. Review to follow, but just to get this in the right order, here are two finished models.
The first is the King of the dead that I failed to sell as an unpainted item on ebay, so I painted it. Not sure of the grass on the base, its a bit too green to be around such a denizen of death, so I added some brown lichen to the area to look like a dead twig. Buy the painted model on ebay here:

The second miniature is the painted conversion using the conversion sprue form issue 75 which I showed you unpainted in the previous post. Quite happy with this one, although I didnt like his goatee so gave him an all around beard instead. Quite straight forward in the end, but looking at the photo it looks like I might need to touch up the fingermark on the back of the shield. I may also have over done it with the lichen on this one - looks like he's trying to scythe his way passed the killer asparagus....
